Murtough Mahon^ey | Lord Barron of Baltemore &c To the Sheriff
   of Kent County Greeting Wee Command you that you Attach any
   the Goods Chatles Rights or Credits of Murtough Mahoney of Kent
   County planter I they Shall be found in your Bailywick to the
   value of four pounds fourteen Shills. and Six pence Currant money
   of the province afd. and twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco and
   when you have the Same So attached or any part thereof the Same in
   your Custody Safe keep So that you have them before the Justices of our
   next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in
   Sd County on the third Tuesday in June next then and there to be Condemned
   according to act of Assembly to and for the use of a Certain Nathaniell
   Hynson unless he the Said Murtough Mahoney by himself or his
   Attorney Shall appear and answer unto the Said Nathaniell Hynson
   in a plea of Trespass on the Case according to Law and that by good and
   Lawfull men of your Bailywick you make known unto the person or per:
   Sons in whose hands in whose hands you make Same attachment that
   he She or they be and appear before the Justices of our Said Court to be held
   as afd. to Shew Cause if any he She or they have why the Same Goods Chatles
   Rights or Credits So attached in his or their hands ought not to be Condem
