   Reding enters into bond to another orphants of the } £ 10,,8,,8½
   decd. Viz Sarah Camble the real Dt ———— }

   The Same wth the Same Sureties enters into bond . }

   to Mary Camble anothr. orphant of the decd. real Dt. }    10,,8,,8½

      Grand Jury returns the two Indictmts. follg vizt.
   agst. Charles Hill for breaking Prison
   also agst. Same for breaking Prison
   also returns Presentments as folls vizt.
    agst. Morris Carty for taking boards & Shingles of Christopher Batemans
   also agst. William Halie & Mary Harn of Lowr. South Sassafras
   hundred for Incontinent Living
        And the Grand Jury Consents that in the Said Presentmts. form
   not touching Substance may be altered —————
   His Ld Ship | Indictmt. for feloniously Stealing a horse the
          at | Goods & Chattells of a certain person unknown
   Edward Skinner | The Said Edwd apprs. to the Same and that


he be kept in Safe Custody untill he Shall give
   Security that he will Stand and abide the Tryal on the Said Indictmt.
   on which the Said Edward comes and Acknoweldges himselfe indebted
   to his Lord Ship his heirs and Successrs. in the Sume of Twenty pounds .
   Sterlg to be Leveyd on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally
   that if he do not make his personall appearance at this next Court any time
   during the Courts Sitting to answer unto the afd Indictmt. and that he
   be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content
     Likewise came into Court John Walls and Darby Shehaun
   acknowledges themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his heirs and —
   Successors in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg^Eachto be Leveyed on their
   goods & Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionall that if the afd
   Edward Skinner Shall not appear and answer as afd And that he
   also be of good behaviour wherewith they acknowledge them:
   :Selves to be therewith Content
   Grand Jury appears and nothing more being offered the court
   discharges them And that they have allowed at William Smiths
