William Halie & Mary Harn of Lowr. South Sassafras hundred for Incontinent Living And the Grand Jury Consents that in the Said Presentmts. form not touching Substance may be altered
on which the Said Edward comes and Acknoweldges himselfe indebted to his Lord Ship his heirs and Successrs. in the Sume of Twenty pounds . Sterlg to be Leveyd on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at this during the Courts Sitting to answer unto the afd Indictmt. and that he be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content Likewise came into Court John Walls and Darby Shehaun acknowledges themselves indebted to his Lord Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg^Eachto be Leveyed on their goods & Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionall that if the afd Edward Skinner Shall not appear and answer as afd And that he also be of good behaviour wherewith they acknowledge them: :Selves to be therewith Content Grand Jury appears and nothing more being offered the court discharges them And that they have allowed at William Smiths five |
