   William Reading all as Evides. Sworn and Sent to the Grand Jury .
     John Peel as an Evide. attested and Sent to the Grand Jury
        Ann Gyant informs the Court that Martha Gyant bound
   to Francis Hill last Court is not well delt with on wch this Court
   orders that Sums Issue for the Said Hill to answr. the Same    after wch.
   the Said Hill aprs. and the Said Ann alledges as before the Said Hill
   Justifies himselfe on which this Court take no Notice of the Sd Complaint.
        John Clayton as an Evidence to a power of Attry to Thomas
   Bowne ore any other of the Attrys of this Court to Acknowledge a
   Deed of Mortgage from Alexr. Macay to Edward Mitchell The Same
   John Clayton being Sworn Saith that he did See the Same Signed
   Sealed and delivered for the uses therein Contained and also that he
   did See Thomas Wilmer as an Evide. at the Same time Signe to the
   Same
        Thomas Bowne by vertue of the afd Power of Attry comes —
   into Court and Acknowledges in behalfe of the Said Alexr. Mecay
   a Deed of Mortgage to Edward Mitchell
        William Graves having a Certain William Gallaway an appren[:]
   :tis bound to him to learn the trade of a brick Layer and other Learning as –
   by the Indenture may more at large appear The Said Graves Saith
   that he cannot well perform as by Indenture is obliged Prays that the
   Court will Consent he may assigne him to another trade on which the
   Court consents that the Said Graves may assigne the Said Apprentis to –
   Thomas Boots of this County to Learn the trade of a Shoe maker he the
   Said Graves taking care that what Else he was to do for the Said —
   apprentis may be performed
