      Sarah Hopwood Servant to William Granger for haveing
   a base born Child
        Also agst: Edward Dwire for brakeing prison
      Also agst: Thomas Bowne and his Man Ashton for beating &
    Assaulting David Macbride
        Also agst Eliza. Gideon or Goodwell living with Samuel Berry
   for having a base born Child ———
    The Grand Jury Consents that forme not touching Substance may be
   altered —————
      John Peterzenger Sworn as an Evide. and Sent to the Grand Jury
   This Court hath agreed with John Earle for repairing to the
   Court house to which he hath given bond for performing the Same
   by the 15th June next and to have allowed him in the next Levey
     lb Tobo
   55000 he giving good bond wth Sureties to perform the Same ——
   according to agreement —————
           Margrett Littman a poor child bound by Indenture to —
   Daniel Roach to be kept to Common Labour untill She Shall arrive
   at the age Twenty one Years She being three years old the 7th day of
   Aprill next to learn her the Creed Lords Prayer and Tenn Commandmts.
   in the Vulgar tongue and to have her baptized —————
   The above Indenture Signed Sealed Delivered and acknowledged in Court
      Court adjourns till tomorrow morning eight Clock
   July 27
