   of the afd Thomas Cooke to Answer as afd. This Court here discharges the Same Recognizes.
   Each of them—
     ordered by the Court that the afd Thomas Cooke be kept in Custody by the Sherf.
   of Said County untill he Shall give Surety to Attend this Court &ca ——

     Thomas Hughs As an Evidence against the afd Thomas Cooke^ being bound
   by Recognizance by Col Nathaniel Hynson the nineth day of June instant~
   for appearance to this Court The Same Thomas Hughs appears in his proper
   person to the Same Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognize -
   and his Sureties Recognizances for his appearance be discharged
    Thomas Hughs afd Entered into Recognizance at ye Same time afd in the Sume
   of Twenty pounds Sterling to be Leveyd &ca. Conditionally if he did not appear
   as afd. as an Evide on his Lordships behalfe ag.st the afd Thomas Cooke and
   Robert Linch The Same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged
    Michael Bynre and Timothy Slauter Sureties for the afd Thomas Hughs
   entered into Recognizance in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg Each for the
   appearance of the afd Thomas Hughs as afd This Court here discharges the
   Same Recognizance Each of them— ——
    ordered by the Court here that the Said Thomas Hughs be kept in Custody by
   the Sherf of Said County untill he Shall give Evidence as afd
   Thomas Cooke afd Acknowledges himselfe indebted to his Lordship his heires.
   & Successors in the Sume of Twenty pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his goods
   and Chattells Lands & Tenements Conditionally That if he do not Answer unto
   what Shall be objected against him on his Lordhsips behalfe and appeare at
   and time when he Shall be Called before this Court Shall adjourn to the Court in
   Course And in ye meane time to be of good behaviour to all &ca. wherewith
   he acknowledges himselfe to be therewith Content~.
   Jacob Glenn & Peter Williams both of this County in Court comes and Acknow:
  :ledges themselves Indebted to his Lordships his heires and Successors in the Sume
   of Tenn pounds Sterling Each to be Leveyed as afd Conditionally that if the afd —
   Thomas Cooke Shall not Answer and appear as afd wherewith they ——
   Acknowledges himselfe Content
        Court adjourns till tomorrow morning Eight Clock ——
