June Court 1720 467 discharges the Same Recognizance Each of them
John Astine afd. his Recognizance taken before the afd Justice on the twenty first day of march last in the Summ of Forty pounds Sterlg to be Levyed on his Goods & Chattles Lands and Tenemts: to the Use of his Ld.Ship Conditionally that if he did not make his personall appearance at the then next County Court to be held for Sd County and to answere unto all Such things as Should be objected agst. him on his LdShips behalf and in the mean time he was to be of good behaviour and especially to David Mac= bride and now at this Court no person Shewing any Cause to the Contrary why the Sd Recognizance Should not be discharged this Court here discharges the Same Thomas Bowne and James Ray at the Same time afd: entered in : to Recogce in the Summ of twenty pounds Sterlg each to be Levyed on &ca Conditionally that if the Same John Astine Should not appear and answer as afd. and that he the Sd John Astine be of good Behaviour as afd This Court here discharges the Same Recognizance each of them .
