    466                                  June Court 1720
   Land being part of a tract of Land called the Neglect to William
   Granger Martha Miller wife of the Said Mr. Michl. Miller being privately
   examined by Mr Samuel Wickes one of the Justices of this Court the
   Same Justice doth make report to the Court as folls viz That She doth
   give up all and Singular her right dowry claim and demand to the afd
   Land and that She was not reduced thereto by fear or threats used by
   her Said husband ———
      The Court Sending for the Reverend Mr James Williamson Rector of
   Shrewsberry Parish in Said County upon which he appears And the
   Court desires that he would take the Oaths prescribed according to
   Act of assembly he desires Some time of Consideration on which the
   Court gives him till three Clock in the afternoon of the Same day —–
      Sarah Nicholson Sworn to the Grand Jury ——
   His Ld Ship – | Mr. Michael Miller returns Recognizance agst.
        ——– | the Said Thomas Bowne for his appearance to
           at | this Court And now the Said Thomas in his proper
   Thomas Bowne   | person appears to the Same ordered by the Court


here that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizes.
   for his appearance be discharged
      Thomas Bowne afd his Recognizance taken before the afd Justice be
   on the twenty first day of March last in the Sume of Forty pounds —
   Sterlg to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements
   to the use of his Lord Ship Conditionally that if he did not make
   his personall appearance at the then next County Court to be held
   for Said County And to answer unto all Such things as Should be .
   objected against him on his Lordships behalfe and in the mean
   time he was to be of good behaviour and especially to David Macbride
   And now at this Court no person Shewing any cause to the Contrary
   why the Said recognizance Should not be discharged This Court here
   discharges the Same
      Nathaniel Pearce and William Woodland at the Same time
   afd entered into Recognizance in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterlg
   each to be Leveyed on &ca. Conditionally that if the afd Thomas —
   Bowne Should not appear and answer as afd And that he the Said
   Thomas Bowne be of good behaviour as afd This Court here
