   Graves enters into bond to Philemon Church } 100,,–,,–
   the real Debt.    .    .   .    .    .    . }

   The Same with the Same Surety enters into } 100,,–,,–
   bond to Tabitha Church the real Dt.    .    .    . } ———— £ 319,,–,,1  
   Memorandm. Certificate That Henry Lowe Esqr. having taken
   the Oaths according to Act of Assembly as also the Oath of
   a Commissioner to ascertain the bounds of Land in Said County.
   as also Subscribes the Oath of abjuration and Test
      William Gyant (Son of John Gyant decd ) bound by Indenture to
   John Beech to learn the trade of a Taylor and to read write and Cypher
   to the Rule of three the orphant being now about twelve Years old
   and at Expiration to have a Sute Cloaths The Same Indenture being
   Signed Sealed and Delivered And Acknowledged in Court
      Johanna Hizett (daughter Philp Hizett decd.) bound by Indenture
   to Andrew Norvill to learn Houshold work &ca. She being tenn Years
   old last Aprill to have a Suite Cloaths at the Expiration The Same
   Indenture Signed Sealed delivered And Acknowledged in Court
      John Fannen brings A negro boy called Hector to have his
   age Adjudged The Court on view of the Same It is Considered by the
   Court that the Said Negro boy is now about twelve Years old —
     Whereas it is Complained that a Certain Peter Green is a disturber
   of the peace and the Same hath broke ordered by the Court here that Edwd
   Worrell Cunstable of Chester hundred bring into Court the Said Peter Green
   to answer the Same upon which the Said Peter is brought into Court and
   the Court orders that Simon Wilmer Sherf keep the Said Peter in Custody
   untill he Shall give Security for his appearance to next Court and
   good behaviour in the mean time
