Thomaws Crackneale (Son of John Crackneale decd) Chooses John Hebborn his Guardian And that the Said John Hebborn bring the Said orphant to the next Court to be held for Said County to be bound out William Glaspin Acknowledges a Conveyance for fifty Acres of Land part of a tract of Land called Richards Adventure to Joseph Wright Mary Glaspin wife of the Said William Glaspin being privately Examined by Mr. Marmaduke Tilden one of the Justices of the Said County Court Acknowledges the Same without being reduced thereto by fear or threats used by her Said husband The orphant. Jury returns and delivers a presentment to the Court against William Graves for not learning the orphant of James Gallaway his trade as he was oblidged to viz William Gallaway and Consents that forme not touching Substance may be altered Whereas Abigall Parsons and Nicho Parsons orphants of John Parsons decd. being bound to County And the Said Samuel being obliged by bond during the time the Said orphants are to Serve him to bring them to June Court every year that the Court might enquire whether they were well dealt with and the Said Samuel Persons with the Said orphans appearing and nothing being offered on which this Court orders them to him againe Gidn. |
