June Court 1720 463 Martha Gyant (daughter John Gyant decd) bound by Indenture to Francis Hill to learn houshold work &ca. to read in the Bible at the Expiration to give her new Sute Cloaths &ca. She being now deemed to be Seven Years old and at the Expiration to have a new Sute Cloath &ca. the Same Indenture Signed Sealed Delivered and Acknowledged in Court. David Ford afd his Recognize. taken in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterlg to be Leveyed &ca Conditionally that if he did not make his personall appce. at this Court And to Answer unto what Should be objected agst. him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time to be of good behaviour &ca. And . no person Shewing any cause to the Contrary the Court here discharges the Same Recognize. Christopher Hall George Murphett John Brown Joseph Butler at the Same time afd as Sureties entered into Recognize. in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg Each to be Leveyed &ca. Conditionally that the Said David Ford did not appear and Answer as afd and in the mean time he was to be of good behaviour This Court here discharges the Same Recognizances each of them Thomas Windall and Ann Windall at the Same time afd entered into Recognize. in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterlg to be Leveyed Conditionally that if they did not make their personall appearance at the time and place afd to give Evidence on his Lordships behalfe to the Same ordered by the Court here that there Recognizance be discharged The Court here discharges the |
