                                      March Court 1719                                  453 
   give Special baile to the Accõn afd And that the Sherf of Said County
   keep the afd Deft in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Special
   baile as afd And thereupon the Said cause was Continued untill
   the then next Court
      Att which Said next Court to wit the 17th day of November Anno
   Domi 1719 comes again as well the Said Plt by his Said Attry as
   the Said Deft in Custody of the Sherf of Said County and the
   Said cause was Continued untill the then next Court
        Att which Said next Court to wit the 15th day of March Anno
   Domi 1719 comes again as well the Said Plt by his Said attry
   as the Said Deft in Custody of the Sherf of Said County And
   the Said Deft. having put in no plea to the afd Accõn this Court
   gives rule to the Said Deft to Plead by the Sixteenth day of March
   Anno Domi 1719 afd otherwise Judgment to be rendered In the Accõn
   afd against the Said Deft. And now at this day to wit the 21st day
   of March Anno Domi 1719 afd The afd Deft having put in no plea
   according to the rule afd whereby the Said Plt. may remain agst.
   the Said Deft without further defence Therefore it is Considered
   by the Justices here the 21st. day of March Anno Domi 1719 afd That the
   Said Henry Hendrickson Recover against the Said John Campbell
   as well the Sume of fourteen hundred pounds of Tobacco his
   Debt afd as also the Sume of Two hundred fifty two pounds
   of Tobacco by the Court here adjudged to him for his Costs and
   Charges about his Suite in this behalfe laid out and expended
   And the Deft in mercy &ca.

   Cleare of all ground leafe and Trash in Caske of the Value of [fourty four]
