                                    March Court 1719                             451 
   Shills & Six pence Currant money of Maryland little Regarding but
   plotting & fraudulently Intending him the Said Plt. in that Behalfe
   Craftily to deceive & defraud the Said Sume of three pounds Nine
   Shillings & Six pence to the Said Plt hath not paid altho’ to pay
   the Same he the Said Deft. on the tenth day of July and often after
   in the year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and –
   Sixteen at the Parish County & Jurisdiciõn afd by the afd Plt was –
   thereunto required But that to him to render or pay he the Said -
   Deft. hitherto hath denied and Still doth denie to the Damage
   of him the Said Plt. Six pounds Eighteen Shillings Currant money
   of Maryland and Thereupon he brings Suite &ca

    and the afd Deft by David Macbride his attry comes and defends
   the force and Injury when &ca. And prays leave to imparle hereunto
   untill next Court and he hath it And the Same day is given the
   Plt also
      Att which Said next Court to wit the 18th day of August Anno Domi 1719
   comes again as well ye Sd Plt by his Sd Attry As the Sd Deft by his Said Attry and
   the Said Cause was Continued untill the then next Court
      Att which Said next Court to wit ye 17th day of November Anno Domi 1719 comes
   again as well the Said Plt. by his Said Attry as the Said Deft by his Said –
   Attry and the Said Cause was further Continued untill the then next Court
      Att which Said next Court to wit the 21st. day of March Anno Domi 1719
   comes again as well the Said Plt. by his Said Attry as the Said Deft by his
   Said Attry And the afd Deft by David Macbride his attry comes and —
   defends the force & Injury when &ca. and Sayth that he did not assume
   upon himselfe in manner and forme as the afd Plt above against him
   Complaineth and of this he puts himselfe upon his Country DMacbride pr Def:
   Yet Notwithstanding the Said Deft by his afd Attry relinquising the
