   Laying the above Attachment had in his hands & Possession Pursuant to
   the Said writ of Attachment the Sume of five pounds Eight Shillings &
   three pence Sterlg the Goods & Chattells of the Said Richard Lee in the
   above Attachment mentioned and find Damages two pence Sterlg with
   Cost Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit the 21st. day
   of March Anno Domi 1719 that the Said Sume of five pounds Eight
   Shillings and three pence Sterlg So as afd by the Jury^afdfound So as afd —
   Attached in the hands of the Said Michael Hacket Executor of Mary —
   Bowles Exrx of Isaac Bowles be Condemned in His hands as afd as of the
           towards Satisfying unto the Said William Comegys as well his Damages Recovered as afd
   Goods and Chattells Rights or Creditts of the Said Richard Lee^ as also –
   two pence Sterlg Damages assessed by the Jury afd as the Costs and Charges
   accrued by Occation of the premises afd &ca. aMounting to the Sume of
   five hundred Seventy two pounds of Tobacco to be Leveyed of the
   Goods and Chattells which were of the Said Mary Bowles Exrx of Isaac
   Bowles at the time of his death in the hands of the Said Michael
   Hacket Exr. as afd Remaining to be administred if So much thereof
   in his hands he have And if So much thereof in his hands he
   have not &ca. Then the Cost of Suite afd to be Leveyed of the Goods
   & Chattells of the Said Michael Hacket According to Act of Assembly
   &ca.

of Trespass of the Case And Whereupon
   the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry Complaines that Whereas the afd Deft
   the twenty third day of Augus in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand
   Seven hundred & fifteen at St. Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Juris:
   :diction of this Court In Consideration that the afd Plt at the Special Instance
   and request of the afd had then & there paid for him the Said Deft. and to the
   proper use & behoofe of the Said Deft to Severall persons Severall Sumes
   of money Amounting in the whole to Seventeen Shills and Six pence
   Currant money of Maryland as in Accot. hereto Annexed Specifically Sett
   forth is Shewn upon himselfe assumed and to the Said Plt then &
   there faithfully promised that he the Said Deft the afd Sume of Seven:
   :teen Shillings & Six pence Currant money afd to the Said Plt when
   thereunto Required would well & truly pay & Content and that Whereas
   also the afd Deft afterwards vizt. the afd twenty third day of August in
