March Court 1719 447 Bailywick to the value of two pounds Eight Shills and three pence Sterlg money & Six hundred pounds of Tobacco and when you hve the Same So attached or any part thereof the Same in your Custody Safe keep So that you have then before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third — Tuesday in June next then and there to be Condemned According to Act of Assembly to and for the use of a certain William Comegys unless^hethe Said Richard Lee by himselfe or his attry Shall appear & answer unto the Said William Comegys in a plea that he render unto William Comegys the Sume of two pounds eight Shills and three pence Sterlg money which to him he oweth and unjustly detaineth &ca. According to Law and that by good and Lawfull men of your Bailywick you make known unto the person or persons in whose hands you make the Same Attachment that he She or they be and appear before the Justices of our Said Court to be held as afd to Shew cause if any he She or they have why the Same Goods — Chattles Rights or Credits So attached in his her or there hands ought not to be Condemned according to law if to him her or them it Shall Seem meet and how you Shall Execute this writ that you make known unto our Said Justices at the day and Place afd and have you then and – there this writ Witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent. chiefe Justice of our Said Court his 21st. day of March In the fourth year of our Dominion &ca.
