   Bailywick to the value of two pounds Eight Shills and three pence Sterlg
   money & Six hundred pounds of Tobacco and when you hve the Same So
   attached or any part thereof the Same in your Custody Safe keep So that
   you have then before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at
   our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third —
   Tuesday in June next then and there to be Condemned According to Act
   of Assembly to and for the use of a certain William Comegys unless^hethe
   Said Richard Lee by himselfe or his attry Shall appear & answer unto
   the Said William Comegys in a plea that he render unto William Comegys
   the Sume of two pounds eight Shills and three pence Sterlg money which
   to him he oweth and unjustly detaineth &ca. According to Law and that
   by good and Lawfull men of your Bailywick you make known unto the
   person or persons in whose hands you make the Same Attachment that
   he She or they be and appear before the Justices of our Said Court to be held
   as afd to Shew cause if any he She or they have why the Same Goods —
   Chattles Rights or Credits So attached in his her or there hands ought not
   to be Condemned according to law if to him her or them it Shall Seem
   meet and how you Shall Execute this writ that you make known unto
   our Said Justices at the day and Place afd and have you then and –
   there this writ Witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent. chiefe Justice of our
   Said Court his 21st. day of March In the fourth year of our Dominion &ca.
   Anno Domi 1718            MHoward pr Querr            Jams Smith Clk
  &nbps; and the Sherf of Kent County to whom the Same writ of Attachmt.
   was directed makes return thereof to the Court here on the third Tuesday
   of June to wit the 16th. day of the Same month Anno Domi 1719 being
   the day of return Endorst I Certify to the Justices within mentioned that
   I have attached on the fourth day of May Seventeen hundred and —
   Nineteen in the hands of Michael Hackett Exr. of Mary Bowles Exrx. of
   Isaac Bowles the Sume of two pounds eight Shillings & three pence
   Sterlg money and the Sume of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco of the goods
   & Chattells rights & Credits of ye within named Richard Lee to Satisfie unto
   the within William Comegys of the within Debt and Cost and I have —
   made known to the Said Michael Hackett before Samuel Groom and Christopr
   Bateman that he be and appear at ye time and place within menioned –
   before the Justices within named to Shew cause wherefore the Said money
   and Tobacco Should not be Condemned according to the Exigent of the wthin
