   Continued untill the Then next Court
      Att which Said next Court to wit the 21st. day of March Anno Domi
   1719 comes againe as well the Said Plt by his Said Attry as the Said
   Deft by his Said Attry And the afd Walter by David Macbride his
   Attry comes and defends the force and Injury when &ca. And to the afd
   Severall promises and assumptions Supposed to be made as afd he
   the Said Deft. Say’th that he did not assume upon himselfe in
   manner & forme as the afd Plt. against him complaineth and for
   tryall puts himselfe upon the Country &ca.
           and the Plt. in like manner ———
     Thereupon Command is given to the Sherf of Kent County that he
   Immediately cause to come here twelve &ca. By whom &ca. who —
   neither &ca. To Recognize &ca. Because as well &ca. of which Said precept
   the Said Sherf to wit Simon Wilmer Gent. now here at this day to wit
   the 21st. day of March Anno Domi 1719 makes return that he hath here
   ready twelve &ca. as by his precept he was Commanded and now here
   afterwards to wit the day & year last mentioned comes again as well
   the Said Plt by his attry afd as the Said Deft. by his attry afd and
   the Jurors of that Jury being Impannelled who being Called Likewise
   came to wit Thomas Piner Robert Meeks John Ashley Robert .
   Mensill William Brown Richard West John Rollinson George
   Reed William Graves William Blackiston Arthr. Foreman John
   Reed who being duely Elected tryd & Sworn to Say the truth in ye.
   premises upon their Oath do Say that they find for the Plt and
   that the Deft did assume in manner and form as to the first assum
   above against him as also did assume in manner and forme as to
   the Second assumption as in the Decln above Sett fourth and find —
   Damages the Sume of five hundred Sixty four pounds of Tobacco
   with Cost of Sute Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here
   to wit the 21st. day of March Anno Domi 1719 afd That the Said William
   Frisby Recover against the Said Walter King as well the Sume of
   five hundred Sixty four pounds of Tobacco Damages by the Jury afd
   found by Occation of the premises afd as also the Sume of Eight hundred
   Twenty Three pounds of Tobacco by the Court here adjudged to him for
   his Cost and Charges by him about his Suite in this behalfe laid
   out and Expended And the Deft in mercy &ca.
