    434                                   March Court 1719
   Att which Said next Court to wit the 17th day of November Anno Domi 1719
   comes the Said Plt by his attry afd as the Sd Deft by his attry and prays
   further leave to imparle hereunto untill next Court and he hath it
   And the Same day is given the Plt also
      Att which Said next Court to wit the 21st day of March Anno Domi
   1719 Comes again as well the Said Plt by his attry afd And the Said
   Deft by John Johnson his attry as before defends the force and —
   Injury when &ca. And Says that he is not informed by the Said Deft
   what to plead whereby the Said Plt. may remain agst. the Said Deft without
   defence Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit the
   21st day of March Anno Domi 1719 afd That the Said Benjamin Griffiths
   Recover against the Said Richard Smithers as well the Sume of Two
   Thousand Seven hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco Damages by
   Occation of the premises afd as also the Sume of Seven hundred fifty
   four pounds of Tobacco for his C by the Court here adjudged him for his
   Costs and Charges by him about his Suite in this behalfe Expended And
   the Deft in mercy &ca.
   Robert Meeks comes into Court he being Sumoned by the Said Plt as an
   Evidence in the afd Cause proves he attended four days ordered by the
   Court that Benjamin Griffiths pay him for his Said Attendance one
   hundred and Twenty pounds of Tobacco and the^Samebeing allowed him in
   the afd Cost
    Ebenezr Blackiston comes into Court he being Summoned by the Said
   Plt as an Evide. in the afd Cause proves he attended four days ordered by
   the Court that Benjamin Griffiths pay him for his Said Attendance
   one hundred and Twenty pounds of Tobacco and the Same being
   allowed him in the afd Cost

Patrick Ninance late of Kent County Planter
   if they Should be found in your Bailywick to the value of two Thousand
   four hundred pounds of Tobacco and when you have the Same So attached
   or any part thereof the Same in your Custory Safe keep So that yo. have them
   before the Justices of next County Court to be held at our Court house in the
   Town of Chester in Said County on the Third Tuesday in March next then and
   there to be Condemned According to Act of Assembly to and for the use of
