   of the Said Court Entered agreed upon himselfe assumed and to the
   Said Benjamin then and there faithfully promised that he the Said —
   Richard all Such Summs of Tobacco as the afd Benjamin had Expended
   or laid out in and about the Said Sute Together with the Said two —
   Thousand five hundred and Eighty pounds of Tobacco after he the Said
   Benjamin Should have proved the Said two Thousand five hundred
   and Eighty pounds of Tobacco to the Said Benjamin when thereunto –
   required would well and truely pay and Content and the afd Benjamin
   Indeed Saith that the Tobacco he the Said Benjamin had Expended
   and laid out in and about the Said Suite amounted unto the Sume
   of one hundred and Seventy pounds of Tobacco and that he the Said
   Benjamin afterwards vizt. the Twenty Second day of March in the
   Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen at
   Chester Town in Kent County afd in the Court afd in open Court before
   the afd Justices in the Said Court Judicially Setting in the Records of
   the Same Court did Cause the Said Accõn to be entered agreed as by
   the Records of the Same Court here remaining fully appears of all which
   two Thousand five hundred and Eighty pounds of Tobacco proved as
   afd and one hundred and Seventy pounds of Tobacco Cost of Sute the
   Said Richard by the afd Benjamin afterwards vizt. the afd Twenty Second
   day of March in the year afd at St. Pauls Parish in Kent County afd
   within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court had Notice and that Whereas –
   also the afd Deft afterwards vizt. the afd Twenty Second day of March
   in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen
   at St. Pauls Parish in Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court
   was indebted unto the Said Plt. in the Sume of one hundred and Seventy
   pounds of Tobacco a certain Cost of Suite And the Sume of two Thousand five
   hundred and Eighty pounds of Tobacco for divers Services done by the afd Plt
   for the afd Deft. to the proper use and behoofe of the afd Deft. before that time
   in the parish County and Jurisdicion afd done and performed and So —
   thereof being Indebted the afd Deft. In Consideration thereof upon —
   himselfe assumed and to the Said Benjamin then and there last Said faithfully
   promised that he the Said Deft the afd Sume of one hundred and Seventy
   pounds of Tobacco and So much Tobacco due for the Services done and performed
   as last mentioned as upon proof Should appear to the Said Plt to be due to him
   the Said Plt. when thereunto required would well and truely pay and Content
   and the afd Plt. Indeed Saith that the afd Twenty Second day of March in the
   Year afd the Sume of two Thousand five hundred and Eighty pounds of Tobo.
   as by the Oath of the Said Plt. before Nathaniel Hynson and his associates
