March Court 1719 431 into Recognizance for his appearance to next Court to answer the afd Indict[:] [:]ment the afd George Gleaves prays that he may have a tryal Immediately ordered by the Court here that the Same come to tryal directly for as much as Issue is Joyned on the afd Indictment. The afd Clk of the Indictmts. Say’th that he hath not Evide at this Court Sufficient to prove the face. Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit the 21st. day of March Anno Domi 1719 That The afd George Gleaves be held no longer by the afd Indictment but that the Same be held for naught and that all preceedings therein Cease &ca Jams Smith Clk
Should have the Body of a Certain Richard Smithers by what Soever Name he Should be Called in a plea of trespass upon the Case at the Suite of a Certain Benjamin Griffith together with the day and Cause of his Caption and Detainer and all things thereunto relateing &ca.
