   fact on the afd Mary Therefore it is ordered that the afd Indictmt. be no farther
   prosecuted and that all proceedings therein Cease
   D:M His Ld Ship | Indictmt for feloninously Stealing a hogg belonging to
                at | Mare a Certain Robert Mensill and there not being —
    Mary Bryan Servt | Sufficient Evide. to Prove the Same The Clarke of —–
    to Mr. Thomas Bowne | Indictments by order of the Court enters a noli prosqeui

and that the Said Indictment against the Said Mary
   be no farther prosecuted and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca.

   Laughlin Flinn Richard West and Daniel Cooley all of this County here
   present in Court in their proper persons they & every of them acknowledge
   themselves indebted to his Lord Ship the Lord Proprietarie of this Province his
   heirs and Successors in the Sume of of one Thousand pounds of Tobacco to
   be Leveyed on their goods and Chattells Lands & Tenements Conditionally that
   if the afd Laughlin Flinn Shall not pay to his Ld Ship his heirs and —
   Successors the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco for his keeping
   A publick house of Entertainment or Ordinary at his house in the County
   afd as also they and every of them do acknowledge themselves indebted to
   his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sume of twenty —
   pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on their goods & Chattells Lands and —
   Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Laughlin Flinn in his Said –
   house of Entertainment or ordinary Shall Entertain any freeman or
   Loose person in his house above twenty four hours unless Such
   person or persons are capable of giving a boate for a delegate in Said
   County or be by him retained as a Servant wherewith they acknowledge
   themselves to be Content —————
