    424                                  March Court 1719
   Indebted to his Lord Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sume of
   five pounds Sterlg to be Levey’d on his goods and Chattells Lands and
   Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personall
   appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County then and there
   to give his Evide. on his Lord Ships behafe against George Mecay
   afd wherewith he acknowledges himself Content
   ordered by the Court here That Philip Holeadger junr. Enter into Recognize
   for his aprce. to next Court as an Evidce against the Said George Mecay
   Philip Holeadger junr. afd present here in Court acknowledges himselfe
   indebted to his Lord Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sume of five
   pounds Sterlg to be Levey’d on his goods & Chattells Lands & Tenements
   Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personall appearance at
   the next Court to be held for Said County then and there to give his
   Evidence on his Lord Ships behalfe against George Mecay afd where:

   against Margret Murray for Committing fornication &ca. Endorst Billa
   Vera Abram Redgrave foreman
     The Grand Jury discharged And allowed at Wm Smith five
   hundred pounds of Tobacco the Same to be allowd him in ye next Levey
   DM His Ld Ship | Kent County | The Jurors for the Honble the Lord Propry.

   Margret Murray |    Maryland | Margret Murray late of Eastern Neck
   Servt to Mr. Michl Miller |

hundred Spinster now Servant of a
   Certain Michael Miller Gent. the Nineteenth day of Aprill in the Year of our
   Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Nineteen at Easter Neck
   hundred afd in Kent County afd and within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court
   the fear of God before her eyes not haveing but by the Instigation of the
   Devill being led did Committ fornication with a Certain person to the
   Jurors unknown and thereby did Suffer herselfe to be begott with Child
   to the high displeasure of Almighty God to the evill and pernicious
   example of others against the^[then?]Peace of our Said Lord Proprietary his
   Rule and dignity and against the forme of an Act of assembly of this
   Province now in force in Such Case made & provided
   Evide. Michl. Miller                                        D Macbride pr Lord Propry.
   on the back of the preceeding bill was Endorsed as folls vizt. Billa Vera
   Abram Redgrave foreman
   and now at this Court to wit the 18th day of March Anno Domi 1719
   comes the Said Margret Murray and Says that She cannot gainsay
