   year last mentioned Comes again as well the Sd Lord Proprietary by his Clarke
   of Indictments afd as the Said Margret Murray And the Jurors of that Jury
   being Impanelled who being Called Likewise Came to wit Thomas Piner
   Robert Meeks John Ashley Robert Mensill William Brown Richard
   West John Rollinson George Reed William Graves William Blackiston
   Arthur Foreman John Reed who being duely elected try’d & Sworn to
   Say the truth in the premises upon their oath do Say that the Said
   Margret Murray is not guilty as She Stands Indicted: Therefore it is
   Considered by the Justices here the 18th day of March Anno Domi 1719 afd
   That the Said Margret Murray be from the afd Indicted acquitted and
   that She go thereof without day But that She pay the Sume of –
   five hundred and Three pounds of Tobacco Cost accrueing on the premises
   afd to the officers of this Court.
     ordered by the Court here that the Said Margret Murray go to her
   Masters Service and that She be delivered up to the Court at the Expirati:

             —— | George for hogg Stealing The Said George here
               at | present in Court is ordered to Entr. into Recognizance
      George Mecay | with Suretys for his aprce. to next Court &ca.
                George Mecay afd Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to his Lord
   Ship his heirs and Successors in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg to be
   Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that
   if^hethe afd George Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court
   to be held for Said County and then and there to answer unto a Certain
   Indictment found against him for hogg Stealing and that in the mean
   time he is to be of Good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges
   himselfe Content.
      Robert Mecay and Roger Hix of Kent County Planters present here in
   Court Acknowledges themselves Indebted to his Lord Ship his heirs and
   Successors in the Sume of five pounds Sterling Each to be Leveyed on
   their Goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if
   the afd George Mecay Shall not appear and answer as afd and that in
   the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith they acknowledge
   themselves Content ——
   ordered by the Court here that Philp Holeadger Senr. as an Evide. agst the
   afd George Mecay enter into Recognizance &ca.
   Philip Holeadger Senr. afd present here in Court acknowledges himselfe
