                                        March Court 1719                                       419  
   Said Thomas Piner is to find him in Sufficient meat drink washing —
   Lodging and Cloaths and also to have him Educated in Reading writing &
   and Arethmatick through all the rulls in vulgar Arethmatick to the
   rulle of three and to be perfect in the last rule and when learnt as afd
   to be kept So to the Same that he may retaine the Same when at age
   And that if the Court is informed that the Said Thomas Piner Shall not do
   justly by the Said Stephen That then upon notice given him he Shall
   Surrender him up to the Court to be bettr. taken care of —— To which the
   Said Thomas Piner Consents ———

    Nathaniel Glanvill (Son of William Glanvill late of Said County decd)
   Chooses James Smith of this County his guardian he being at age
   Sufficient to do the Same ——
   D:M: His Ld Ship | This being an accon Commenced at the Sute of his Lord
              ——— | Ship agst. the Said Henry Munk wherein a bill of
                at | Indictment was found at the Sute of his Lord Ship by
       Henry Munk     | ye Grand Jury Against the Said Henry for feloniously
   Stealing and bearin away Severall Goods & Chattells belonging to –
   Nathaniel Hynson Gent And wherein a writ Issued to the Sherf of
   Kent County agst. the Said Henry and the Said Sherf comes and makes
   return thereof to the Court here on the third tuesday in March to t wit the
   15th day of the Same month Anno Domi 1719 being the day of return
   Endorst Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf.
   Kent County Ss The Jurors for the Honble. the Lord Proprietary and the body

of Kent County on their Oath do present that Henry Monk late

of Langfords Bay Lower hundred in St. Pauls Parish in Kent

County within the Jurisdicion of this Court Planter the twenty
   Sixth day of May in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven
   hundred and Nineteen At worton hundred in the Parish County and
   Jurisdiciõn afd by force and Arms &ca. one Rugg of the value of three
   Shillings Sterlg money one pair of blankets of the value of Tenn Shillings
   Sterling money one broad Cloath vest of the value of twelve pence Sterlg money
   one pair of britches & Vest of Frise of the value of Eight pence Sterlg Money one
   piece of ticking of the value of two Shillings Sterling money one piece of Stuff
   of the value of three pence Sterlg money two tinn panns one tinn Candle Stick
   of the value of twenty pence Sterlg money a knife and fork of the value of Six
   pence Sterlg money one book Entitulled Modus Tenendi Parliamentum of the
   value of twelve pence Sterlg money Three pecks of wheat of the value of
   two Shillings and Six pence Sterlg money five pounds of wooll of the value
   of Eighteen pence Sterlg money one Castor Hatt of the value of three Shills &
   four pence Sterlg money one Osenbrigg Sheet of the value of Eighteen pence
   Sterling money the Goods and Chattells of a Certain Nathaniel Hynson
   Gent at Woorton hundred in St. Pauls Parish in the County and Jurisdiciõn
