March Court 1719 419 Said Thomas Piner is to find him in Sufficient meat drink washing Lodging and Cloaths and also to have him Educated in Reading writing & and Arethmatick through all the rulls in vulgar Arethmatick to the rulle of three and to be perfect in the last rule and when learnt as afd to be kept So to the Same that he may retaine the Same when at age And that if the Court is informed that the Said Thomas Piner Shall not do justly by the Said Stephen That then upon notice given him he Shall Surrender him up to the Court to be bettr. taken care of To which the Said Thomas Piner Consents Nathaniel Glanvill (Son of William Glanvill late of Said County decd) Chooses James Smith of this County his guardian he being at age Sufficient to do the Same
