     418                               March Court 1719
   he was to be of good behaviour And no person appearing at
   this Court to Shew any cause to the Contrary why the afd Recognizance
   Should not be discharged This Court here discharges the Same
     Peter Mercy and George Murphet[?] at the Same time afd Entered
   into Recognizance in the Sume of Seven pounds tenn Shills Sterlg
   Each To be Levey’d &ca. Conditionally that if the afd George Gleaves
   did not appear and answer as afd and that in the meane time
   he was to be of good behaviour and no person at this Court appring
   to Shew cause why the Same Should not be discharged This Court
   here discharges the Same
      Court adjourns till Tomorrow morning Eight Clock

   Mr. Samuel Thomas of this County brings a Negro boy to have
   his age adjudged the negro called by ye name of Chester And the
   Court on View of Same It is adjudged that the Said Negro boy is
   twelve Years old
   ———                                                                         Jams Smith Clk
    John Glanvill (Son of William Glanvill late of Said County decd.) Chooses
   Thomas Piner of this County his guardian he being at age Sufficient to
   do the Same
   Stephen Glanvill (Son of William Glanvill late of Said County decd) the
   Said Stephen being under age to Choose a guardian This Court appoints
   Thomas Piner of this County his guardian the Said Thomas being present
   in Court Consents to take the care of the guardian Ship afd upon him —–
   according to the appointment of the Court afd
   This Court binds the afd Stephen Glanvill to the afd Thomas Piner
   untill he Shall arrive at the age of twenty one Years and the
                                                                                      Said
