   Elizabeth Mercy afd Entered into Recognizance ye time afd in the Sume
   of fifteen pounds Sterlg to be Leveyd &ca. Conditionally that if She did not
   make her personall apprce. at this Court and to answer unto what Should be
   objected against her on his Ld Ships behalfe and in the mean time to
   be of good behaviour and no person apring to Shew any cause to the
   Contrary why the Same Should not be discharged This Court here discharged
   the Same Recognizance
   Peter Mercy & William Jones Each Entered into Recognize. in the
   Sume of Seven pounds tenn Shills. Sterlg for the appearance of the
   afd Elizabeth mercy that She Should appear and answer as afd and –
   that in the mean time She was of good behavr. This Court here
   discharges the Said Recognizance Each of them
     a Presentmt. found by the Grand Jury against the Said Elizabeth
   Mercy for Cohabitting with George Gleaves of Said County after admon:
   :ished by the Vestry of Shrewsberry Parish and the Same drawn into
   a bill by David Macbride Clarke of the Indictments and Endorst Abra
   Redgrave foreman but the Said Elizth. apring to Same and the bill being
   read The Same not being Signed by the Clk of Indictment This Courts orders
   that the Same Elizabeth be therefrom discharged and that the bill be
   held for naught. Ordered Surty for fees be gave on wch Thomas Mercy comes into Court & assumes
     the Same —– and the Sd Elizth is therefrom discharged —————
      A Present found by the Grand Jury against the Said Elizabeth Mercy
   for Cohabitting with a certain Robert Brown of Sd County which was drawn
   into a bill of Indictment. and Pleads not guilty and ordered that She Enter
   into Recognizance for aprce. to next Court and to answer at next Court and
   in the mean time to be of good behavr —–
   Elizabeth Mercy afd Acknowledges her selfe Indebted to his Lord Ship his
   heirs & Successors in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg to be Leveyed on her
   goods and Chattells Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if She doth
   not make her personall appearance at the next Court and to answer unto the
   bill of Indictment found against her for Committing adultery with a Certain
   Robert Brown and thatt in the meantime She is to be of good behavr
