This being an accõn of Trespass on the Case Commenced
   James Cruckshank | by the Plt agst. the Said Deft and wherein there Issued
           at | a Short note expressing the true cause of accõn And
   Murtough Mahony  | wherein y the Sherf of Kent County to whom the
   writ in the Same accõn was directed makes return thereof to the Court here
   on the third tuesday in March To wit the 15th day of the Same month Anno
   Domi 1719 being the day of return Endorst in these words follg vizt. Non Est
   Inventus Shorte note left at the house where the Said Deft lived last
   at this in this County    Simon Wilmer Sherf.
