   Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf.
   and the afd Deft by Thomas Bowne his attorney comes and
   defends the force and injury when &ca And Saveing to himselfe
   all manner of exceptions and advantabes as well to the writ as –
   to the Decln of the Said Plt. prays liberty to imparle hereunto
   untill next Court and he hath it And the Same day is given the

Ebenezr. Blackiston | Commenced by the Plt agst. the Said Deft

and wherein the Sherf of Kent County to
   whom the writ in the Same accõn was directed makes return to
   the Court here on the third Tuesday in March to wit the 15th day of
   the Same month Anno Domi 1719 being the day of return Endorst
   Cepi Corpus pr me Simon Wilmer Sherf *
    and the afd Deft by John Johnson his attorney comes and defends
   the force and injury when &ca And Prays leave to imparle hereunto
   untill the next Court and he hath it And the Same day is given
   to the Plt also
   * Whereupon at the prayer of the Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry
   the Deft is adjudged to give Special baile to the afd Accõn Thereupon
   John Tilden and Daniel Ferrill of Kent County present here in Court
   undertakes and they and either of them undertake Joyntly and Severally
   for the Said Ebenezr. Blackiston that in Case the Said Robert Hutchenson
   Shall Recover Judgment in the plea afd against the Said Ebenezr. Blackiston
   or that the Said Ebenezr. Blackiston Shall be therein Convict that then he
   the Said Ebenezr. Blackiston Shall pay the Condemnation of the Court there:
   :upon or render his body to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County in
   Satisfaccon thereof or that they the Said John Tilden and Daniel Ferril
   will or one of them will do it for him
