                                    March Court 1719                                            401 
   parish County and Jurisdiccõn afd he the Said Deft hath not rendered or
   paid but that to the Said Plt to render or pay hitherto hath denyed & Still
   doth deny & unjustly detain to the damage of the afd Plt. twenty pounds –
   Sterling & thereupon he brings Suite &ca
                                    E Cooke pr Querr Plds &ca. Jno Doe & Richd Roe
    and now at this Court to wit the 15th day of March Anno Domi 1719 comes
   the afd Deft. and defends the force and injury when &ca. And Says that he
   cannot gainsay the Plt his accõn afd So as afd against him brought
   nor can he Say but that the Said Plt. ought to recover his debt by
   Occation of the premises afd with Cost of Suite which the Said Plt does
   not gainsay Therefore it is Considered by the Justice here the
   15th day of March Anno Domi 1719 afd That the Said Oliver Palmer
   Recover against the Said Andrew Riddle as well the Sume of Six
   hundred pounds of Tobacco his debt afd In forme afd Confessed as also
   the Sume of Two hundred fifty five pounds of Tobacco by the Court
   here adjudged to him for his Costs and charges about his Suite in
   this behalfe laid out and expended And the Deft. in mercy &ca
