E:C:	Oliver Palmer	\|	This being an accõn of Debt for Six hundred pounds
	a^t	\|	of Tobacco And wherein Issued a Copy of the Declⁿ with
	Andrew Riddell	\|	the writ in Said Accõn And wherein the Sherf
			of Kent County to whom the writ in the Same accõn

   was directed makes return thereof to the Court here on the Third tuesday
   in March to wit the 15^th day of the Same month Anno Domⁱ 1719 being
   the day of return Endorst Cepi Corpus Copy of the Declⁿ Served in
   time P^r me Simon Wilmer Sher^f

Kent County	Ss Andrew Riddle of Kent County Planter als Dict^s Andrew Riddle of
	Kent County Planter was Sumoned to answer unto Oliver Palmer of a plea that
	he render unto him the just & full Sume of Six hundred pounds of good Sound
	Merchantable leafe Tobacco Clear of ground leaves & all manner of Trash w^th
	well Seasoned Casque to contain y^e Same of the value of Six pounds Sterling
	which from him he unjustly detaineth &c^a.

   and Whereupon the afd Plt by Ebenez^r. Cooke his att^ry Saith that whereas the
   afd Deft the fourth day of May in the year of our Lord Christ Seventeen
   hundred and nineteen at S^t. Pauls Parish in Kent County with in the
   Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his Certain bill obligatory which he the Said
   Deft Sealed with his Seale and as his deed delivered here into Court
   brought the date whereof is the Same day & Year above mentioned
   bound himselfe his heirs Ex^rs. & Adm^rs. to pay or cause to be paid unto the
   afd Plt. his heirs Ex^rs. Adm^rs. or assings the afd Just and full Sume of
   Six hundred pounds of good Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco Clear of
   ground leaves & all manner of trash w^th well Seasoned Caske to containe the Same of the
   value of Six pounds Sterl^g to be paid Convenient in the afd County at or before
   the tenth day of November next ensuing the date of the afd bill obligatory
   Nevertheless the afd Deft the afd Just & full Sume of Six hundred pounds of
   good Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco Clear of ground Leaves & all manner
   of trash with well Seasoned Cask to Contain the Same of the afd value
   of Six pounds Sterling to the afd Oliver Plamer altho? often by him
   required viz the twenty eighth day of December in the Year of our Lord
   Christ Seventeen hundred Nineteen and often afterwards at the
