   There being a Copy of the Declaration made out and Sent with the writ Issued
   in the Said Accõn In the plea afd Whereupon the Said Nathaniel Hynson
   by his attry afd prayes that for as much as he hath Complyd with the Law
   in order to an Attachment he may have Judgment against the Said Murt.
   Mahoney for his Damages by Occation of the premises afd by way of
   Attachment According to Act of Assembly Whereupon for that it Seems
   to the Court here the 15th day of March Anno Domi 1719 That the Said —
   Nathaniel Hynson hath Complyd with the Law Therefore it is Con:
   :sidered by the Justices here the 15th day of March Anno Domi 1719 afd That
   the Said Nathaniel Hynson Recover agst. the Said Murtough Mahoney
   as well the Sum of four pounds fourteen Shillings and Six pence
   Currant money And Six hundred pounds of Tobacco his damages afd as
   all Costs and Charges by the Said Nathaniel Hynson laid out and —
   Expended about his Suite by way of Attachment against the goods
   Chattells Rights and Creditts of the Said Murtough Mahoney according to
   Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided

   the Sherf of Kent County to whom the writ in the Same accõn was
   directed makes return thereof to the Court here on the third tuesday in
   March to wit the 15th day of the Same month Anno Domi 1719 makes
   return thereof Endorst Cepi Corpus Copy of the Decln Served in time
   pr me Simon Wilmer Sherf.

     Maryland   | Ss   Christifar Knite of Cent County Planter was Summoned


to Answer unto Henery Bowdy of a Plea that he render
   him the Just and full Sume of Nine hundred pounds of good Merchantable
   leafe Tobacco Cleare of Trash in good Cask of the value of Nine pounds Sterlg
   money which he unjustly detaines &ca. And whereupon the afd Plt by —
   Thomas Bowne his attry Saith that Whereas the afd Deft the Seventh
   day of Aprill in the Year of of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred
   & Seventeen at St Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiccõn of this
   Court by his Certain Bill Obligatory which he the Said Deft Sealed with
   his Seale & as his deed delivered hereinto Court brought the date whereof
   is the Same day and Year afd Bound himselfe to pay to the afd Plt the
   afd Just and full Sume of Nine hundred pounds of good Merchantable
