DM:	Edward Brooks	\|	This being an accõn of debt for the Sume of Six –
	a^t	\|	hundred pounds of Tobacco And wherein there Issued
	John Jones —	\|	a Copy of the Declⁿ with the writ in the Said Accõn
			and wherein the Sherf of Kent County to whom the

   writ in the Same accon was directed makes return thereof to the Court here
   on the third tuesday in march to wit the 15^th day of the Same month Anno
   Domⁱ 1719 the day of return of Said writ Endorst Cepi Corpus Copy of the
   Declⁿ Served in time p^r me Simon Wilmer Sher^f

Kent County	\|	John Jones of Kent County Planter als Dict^s John Jone of
in	\| Ss	kent County planter was Summoned to Answer unto Edward
Maryland	\|	Brooke of a plea that he render him the full Some of Six hundred
		pounds of Sound Marchandable Leafe Tobacco Cleare of Trash

   and ground leaves of the value of Six pounds Sterling money which from him
   he unjustly detains &c^a. and Whereupon the afd Plt by David
   Macbride his att^ry Saith that whereas the afd Deft the Nineteenth day of
   Aprill in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen
   at S^t. Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his
   Certain Bill obligatory which he the Said Deft. Sealed with his Seale and
   as his deed delivered hereinto Court brought the date whereof is the Same
