   and forty pounds of Tobacco his Debt afd in forme afd Confessed as also
   the Sume of Three hundred thirty Six pounds of Tobacco by the Court —
   here adjudged to him for his Cost and Charges about his Suite in this
   behalfe laid out and expended And the Deft in mercy &ca.

   and the afd Deft by Thomas Bowne and Johnson his attry comes and
   defends the force and injury when &ca. And Saveing to himselfe all manner
   of advantages and exceptions as well to the writ as to the Decln of the Said
   Plt Prays liberty to imparle thereunto untill next Court which is granted
   the Same day is given the Plt also —–
