   afd Just & full Sume of one Thousand pounds of good Sound Merchtble
   Leafe Tobo and Caske to Containe ye Same of the afd value of tenn
   pounds Sterling money at or upon the tenth day of November next —
   Ensuing the date of the Said Bill obligatory Yet the afd Deft oltho’
   often required the afd Sume of one Thousand pounds of Merchantable
   Tobacco to the afd Plt Hath not paid But that to him to render or pay
   the Said Deft hitherto hath denied and Still doth denie & unjustly
   detaine to the damage of the afd Plt. five pounds of Sterling money
   and thereupon he brings Suite &ca.
                                                     Bowne pr Querr Plds Jno Doe & Rd Roe
   And now at this Court to wit the 15th day of March Anno Domi 1719 here
   present in Court the afd Deft comes and defends the force and injury when
   &ca. And Says that he cannot gainsay the Plt his accõn afd So as afd
   against him brought nor can he Say but that the Said Plt ought to
   Recover his debt by Occation of the premises afd and Cost of Suite which
   the Said Plt does not gainsay Therefore it is Considered by the
   Justices here the 15th. day of March Anno Domi 1719 afd that the Said
   Peter Green Recover against the Said Hugh Frazier as well the Sume
   of one Thousand pounds of Tobacco his debt afd in forme afd Confessed
   as also the Sume of Two hundred Seventy Three pounds of Tobacco
   by the Court here adjudged to him for his Costs and Charges about his
   Suite in this behalfe Expended and the Deft in mercy &ca
