   pr me Simon Wilmer Sher.
   Whereupon at the prayer of the Plt by David Macbride her attry
   the Deft is adjudged to give Special baile to the accõn afd and that
   the Sherf of Kent County keep the Said Deft in Custody untill he Shall
   give Special baile as afd Thereupon Robert Green of Said County Plan[:]
   :ter undertakes for the Said Peter Green that in Case the Said Martha —
   Smith Executrix as afd Shall recover Judgment in the Plea afd against
   the Said Peter Green or that he the Said Peter Green Shall be therein
   Convict that then the Said Peter Green Shall pay the Condemnation
   of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the Sherf of
   Said County in Satisfacc&245n thereof or that the Said Robert Green will do
   it for him
   and the afd Deft by Thomas Bowne his attry comes and defends
   the force and injury &ca. And Saving to himselfe all manner of Exceptions
   and Advantages as well to the Plt. as to the Decln of the Said Plt prays
   liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to answer at next Court which
   was granted the Same day is given the Plt. also

   Richd Cole Admr. | This being an Accon of Trespass on the Case Commenced
   of Rens. Smith | by the Plt agst the Said Deft. And wherein the Sherf
               at | of Kent County to whom the writ in the Same accõn
   Hugh Frezier        | was directed makes return thereof to the Court here
   on the third tuesday in March to wit the 15th day of the Same month
   being the day of return of Said writ Endorst Cepi Corpus pr me Simon
   Wilmer Sherf.
   Whereupon at the prayer of the Plt by David Macbride his attry
   the Deft is adjudged to give Special baile to the accõn afd And that the
   Sherf of Said County keep the Said Deft in Custody untill he Shall give
   Special baile as afd
   The Plt afd by his Said Attry Saith that if the Plt Should be Case in the
   afd Accon that then he will pay the Deft the Cost in the Same
   Kent County Ss Hugh Frazier of Kent County Planter was attached to Answer
   unto Richard Cole Adr. of all the Goods and Chattells that were of Renatus Smith
   who dyed Intestate as it is Said of a plea of Trespass on the Case And Whereupon
   the afd Plt Plt by David Macbride his attry Complains that whereas the afd
   Deft the tenth day of May in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven
   hundred and Seventeen at St. Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiccõn
   of this Court was Indebted Unto the afd Renatus in the Sume of eight hundred
