   forty and four pounds of Tobacco his Debt afd in forme afd Confessed as
   also the Sume of Two hundred Eighty Six pounds of Tobacco by the
   Court here adjudged to him for his Costs and Charges by him about
   his Suite in this behalfe laid out and expended and the Deft in mercy

           at | Commenced by the Plt against the Said Deft

John Wilson | and wherein there Issued a Copy of Decln with the

writ in the Said Accõn and wherein the Sherf of
   Kent County to whom the writ in the Same accõn was directed makes
   return to the Court here on the third Tuesday in March to wit the 15th
   day of Said month Anno Domi 1719 being the day of return of
   Said writ Endorst Cepi Corpus Copy Declaration Served in time pr me
   Simon Wilmer Sherf
   Whereupon at the prayer of the Plt by his attry the Deft is
   adjudged to give Special bail to the accõn afd And the Sherf of Said
   County to keep the Said Deft in Safe Custody untill he Shall give
   Special bayle as afd Thereupon Ebenzr Blackiston of Kent County
   Planter present here in Court undertakes for the Said John Wilson that
   in Case the Said John March Shall Recover Judgment in the plea
   afd against the Said John Wilson or that he the Said John Wilson
   Shall be therein Convict that then he the Said John Wilson Shall
   pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his body to the
   Custody of the Sherf of Said County in Satisfaccõn thereof or that the
   Said Ebenezr Blackiston will do it for him
   Kent County | John Wilson of Kent County Planter als Dicts John
    Maryland | Ss Willson Planter was Summoned to answer unto John
   ————— | March of a plea that he render him the full Sum of fifteen
   hundred pounds of good Sound Tobacco Clear of ground Leaves and trash
   in Casque of the Value of fifteen pounds Sterling money which he —
   unjustly detains &ca. And whereupon the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his
   attry Saith that whereas the afd Deft the fourth day of October in the
   Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen at St.
   Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiccõn of this Court by his –
   certain bill obligatory which he the Said Deft. Sealed with his Seale
   and as his deed delivered here into Court brought the date whereof
   is the Same day and Year afd bound himselfe to pay to the Said Plt the
   afd full Sum of fifteen hundred pounds of good Sound Tobacco Cleare
