   comes again as well the Said Plt by his attry afd And the Said Deft by his
   Said Attry And the Said Pltf by his Said Attry having fild no Decln in the
   Said Accõn accorging to the Rule of Court for filing Decls. on which the
   Said Deft by his attry afd files A Nerecipiatur to the Plts Decln filed
   July the 27th day 1719 The Said Cause was Continued untill the Then next
   Court    att which Said next Court to wit the 17th day of November Anno
