   his personall appearance at our next County Court holden the 3d tuesday
   in November Next and their Stay and abide to answer unto all Such
   matters or things as Shall be objected against him on his Lordships
   behalfe and of the mean time to be of his good behaviour wherewith
   they are Content       pr                                           Miller —
      and now here at this Court to wit the 17th day of Novembr Anno Domi
   1719 The day of return of the afd Recognizance The afd Henry Monk
   being Solemnly called to make his appearance according to the
   Tenour of the afd Recognizance Thereby to Save himselfe and his
   Baile But the afd Henry Monk made default whereby his —
   recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance becomes forfeit —
   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 21st day of
   November Anno Domi 1719 afd That the afd Henry Monks recogn:
   :zance to the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling afd be forfeited to the
   use of His Lord Ship the Lord Proprietarie of this Province as also
   that the afd William Mackey and Thomas Rush their Recognizances
   to the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterling Each as afd be forfeited to
   the use of His Lord Ship the Lord Proprietarie of this Province &ca.
