   Domⁱ 1719 came the Said Dft by David Macbride his att^ry and offered himselfe
   against the Said Plt in the Accõn afd But the Said Plt by his att^ry afd does
   not prosecute his writ afd ag^st the Said William Edwards whereby the Said
   William Edwards remains wholly unprosecuted Therefore it is Considered
   by the Justices here the 21^st day of Novemb^r Anno Domⁱ 1719 afd That the
   Said James Rae take nothing by his writ afd but be in mercy for his false
   Clamour And that the Said William Edwards Go thereof without day And
   it is also Considered by the Justices here that the Said William Edwards
   Recover against the Said James Rae the Sume of Two hundred and
   Eighty pounds of Tobacco by the Court here adjudged unto him for his
   Costs and Charges by him about his defence in this behalfe laid out
   and expended according to the forme of the Statute &c^a——

	a^t	\|	Kent County to whom the Sd writ was directed makes
DM	Sam^l. Clarke Ad^r	\|	return to the Court here on the third tuesday in
	Tim Mullcorne	\|	August to wit the 18^th day of the Same month

   Anno Domⁱ 1719 Endorst Cepi Corpus p^r Simon Wilmer Sher^f
      and the afd Deft by David Macbride his att^ry comes and defends
   the force and injury when &c^a. And prays leave to imparle hereunto untill
   next Court and he hath the Same day is given the Plt in like manner also
      att which Said next Court to wit the 17^th day of Novemb^r Anno Domⁱ
   1719 Came the Said Adm^r. by David Macbride his Att^ry and offered —
   himself against the Said William Frisby in the Accõn afd But the
   William Frisby does not prosecute his writ afd against the Said Adm^r.
   whereby the Said Adm^r remains wholly unprosecuted Therefore it
   is Considered by the Justices here the 21^st day of Novemb^r Anno Domⁱ
   1719 afd That the Said William Frisby take nothing by his writ afd but
   be in mercy for his false Clamor and that the Said Samuel Clarke Adm^r
   as afd go thereof without day And also it is Considered by the Justices here
   that the Said Samuel Clarke Administrator of Timothy Mulcorne afd
   Recover against the Said William Frisby the Sume of one hundred and
   fifty one pounds of Tobacco by the Court here adjudged to him for his
   Costs and Charges by him about his Suite in this behalfe laid out and expended
   According to the forme of the Statute &c^a
