    360                               Novembr Court 1719
   :formance of his office in the Sume of two hundred Thousand pounds of
   Tobacco Suretys Saml Wickes & James Smith    ordered by the Court
   here that the Sd Sherf delivr the afd Bond into the Secretarys
   office &ca ———
   Mr John Moll of this County is to keep Ferry over Chester
   River at the New Town of Chester where the Sd John lives
   the Ensuing Year and to be allowed for the Same at next
   Novembr Court in the Laying the Levey the Sume of Three
   Thousand pounds of Tobo and that he is to provide the Same
   with Sufficient Boat and hands for the performing the –
   Same in good order to which the Said John Moll Consents
   The Levey Layd as by the book for the Same may appr
   Whereas there being goods & Chattells that was feloniously Stoln
   by Henry Munk from Collo Nathl Hynson the Sevrall things
   being Innumerated in a Certain Indictmt agst the Said Henry and
   all the Sd Goods are to be taken care by the Sherf of Sd County
   untill the next Court Except a Hatt which is not now heare
   His Ld Ship | The Said Henry Entered into Recognize before
            at | Mr Michl Miller one of his Lord Ships Justices
   Henry Munk | of the peace for Said County which is as folls vizt.

County Planter Comes before me the one of his Lord
   :Ships Justices of the Peace for the Sd County and acknowledges himselfe
   Justly indebted to his Lordship his heirs and Successors in the Sume of
   Twenty pds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be Leveyed on his —
   goods and Chattells Lands and Tenementy Conditionally that if he dos
   not make his personall appearance at our next County Court to be holden
   the third tuesday in November next and their Stay and abide to –
   answer unto all Such Things as Shall be objected against him on his
   Lord Ships behalf and of the mean to be of his Good behaviour wherewith
   he is Content
    William Mackey and Thomas Rush as Sureties in the Sume of 10l
   Sterling Each to be Leveyed on their Goods and Chattells Lands and ——
   Tenements Conditionally that the Said Henry Monk doth not make
