   Billa Vera pr William Crow foreman
      and the afd John Beach comes and defends the force and injury when &ca.
   and Says that he Cannot gainsay but that he did profane the Lords day
   as in the afd Indictment and Thereupon Submitts himselfe to the Court
   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 21st day of Novembr
   Anno Domi 1719 That the afd John Beach Pay the SUme of two —
   Shills Sterlg his fine for Committing the offence afd as afd Confessed
   and also pay the Sume of one hundred and Seventy pounds of
   Tobacco by the Court here adjudged for his Cost and charges accruing on
   the premises afd

      a Certain David Roach being Committed by Mr John March
   one of his Lord Ships Justices of the Peace for Said County [as a
   Servant belonging to a certain Darby Bryant] for his appearance
   to this Court The Said David Roach apprs The afd Darby Bryant
   not appearing at this Court according to his promise the afd Justice
   The Court thereupon discharges the Said David Roach
      The Grand Jury again returns and delivers three present:
   :ments to the Court as folls wee of the Grand Jury do prsent John
   Cookson and Sarah Edwards for not apring to there Sums According
   to Law and all Say So by the foreman   
      wee of the Grand Jury do present Mary Bateman for not appearing
   to her Sumons according to Law and all Say So by the foreman
                                                                            Signd Wm Crow foreman
      And the Grand Jury being asked whether forme not touching
   Substance in the afd presentments might be altered to which all
   the Grand Jury Consents
      And the Grand Jury being also asked whether the presentments
   where drawn up in forme and Evides to the Same and if the foreman
   had Signed to which they answered that the Same was done on
   which This Court here discharges the Grand Jury
   Mr Simon Wilmer produces to this Court a new Commission for the
   Sherfs office of this County And Enters into bound for the per
