358 Novembr Court 1719 ordered by the Court here that the Sherf Kent County keep the Said Thomas Windall junr in Safe Custody untill the fees afd he Shall Satisfie Thereupon James Weyatt Junr of Kent County Planter here present in Court the wit the 20th day of Novembr Anno Domi 1719 in his proper person and Saith that he will pay all fees accruing on the premises afd for the afd Thomas Windall junr to the officers of the Court The Grand Jury ordered to be allowed five hundred pds Tobo at William Smiths the Same to be allowed him in the Levey Court adjourns till to morrow morning eight Clock
