   358                                 Novembr Court 1719
    ordered by the Court here that the Sherf Kent County keep the Said
   Thomas Windall junr in Safe Custody untill the fees afd he Shall
   Satisfie
           Thereupon James Weyatt Junr of Kent County Planter
   here present in Court the wit the 20th day of Novembr Anno Domi
   1719 in his proper person and Saith that he will pay all fees accruing
   on the premises afd for the afd Thomas Windall junr to the
   officers of the Court ——————————
   The Grand Jury ordered to be allowed five hundred pds
   Tobo at William Smiths the Same to be allowed him
   in the Levey —————
      Court adjourns till to morrow morning eight Clock

   fifteenth day of November in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand
   Seven hundred and Nineteen at Chester Town in Kent County afd within
   the Jurisdiction of this Court the fear of God before his eyes not having
   but by the Instigation of the Devill being Led willfully and Contemptuously
   then and there did profane and Abuse the Lords day by Quarrelling and
   fighting to the High displeasure of Almighty God the Evill and pernicious
   Example of others and against the Peace of our Said Lord Proprietarie
   his Rule and dignity and against the forme of an Act of Assembly of
   this Province now in force in Such Case made and Provided
