   Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf–
     whereupon at the Prayer of the Plt by Michl Howard his attry
   the Deft is adjudged to give Special baile to the accõn afd And that
   he be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Said County untill he Shall
   give Special as afd    Thereupon Robert Meeks of Said County —
   Planter And Undertakes for the Said George Gleaves that in Case
   the Said John Moll Shall Recover Judgment in the Plea afd agst
   the Said George Gleaves or that he the Said George Gleaves Shall
   be therein Convict that then he the Said George Gleaves Shall
   pay the Condemnation of the Court there upon or render his body to
   the Custody of the Sherf of Kent County in Satisfaction thereof or
   that the Said Robert Meeks will do it for him
   Kent County | George Gleaves of Kent County als dicts George –
           in | Ss    Gleaves Junr. of Kent County in the Province of
     Maryland    | Maryd Wheel Right was Summoned to Answer
   unto John Moll of a plea that he render unto him the full & Just Sume
   of eight pounds five Shills. & two pence Current. moneys of the —–
   Province of Maryld which to him he oweth and unjustly detaines &ca.
     and Whereupon the afd Plt by Michl Howard his Attry Saith
   for that Whereas the afd Deft the twenty third day of Aprill in the
   year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Eighteen at
   St. Pauls Parish in the County afd and within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court
   by his Certain writing Obligatory granted himself holden and firmly
   bound unto John Moll afd in the afd full and Just Sume of eight pounds
   five Shills. & two pence Current moneys of the Province of Maryland to
   be paid to the Said Plt his heirs Exrs Admrs or Assigns when thereunto
   he Should be required Nevertheless the afd Deft altho often required
   vizt. the fifteenth day of November in the Year afd at the Parish County
   and Jurisdiciõn afd and often afterwds the afd full and Just Sume of Eight
   Pounds five Shills & two pence Current moneys of Maryland afd to the
   Said Plt hath not rendered but that to him to render hitherto hath –
   refused and Still doth refuse whereupon he Saith that he is the worse
   and hath damage to ye value of Sixteen pounds tenn Shills and four
   pence Current money as afd And thereupon he brings Suite &ca.
   and brings hereinto Court the writing Obligatory afd which the
   Debt afd Testifieth in forme afd made whose date is the Same day &
   year first above mentioned &ca
