   346                                  November Court 1719
   and Costs of Suite against him which the Said Plt does not gainsay
   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 19^th day of Novemb^r
   Anno Domⁱ 1719 That the Said John Johnson recover against the Said
   Joseph Wood as well the Sume of four hundred and fifteen pounds of
   Tobacco his Debt afd In forme afd Confessed as also the Sume of two
   hundred Ninety one pounds of Tobacco CBy the Court here adjudged
   to him for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suite in this behalfe
   laid out and expended and the Deft in mercy &c^a ——

   third tuesday in Novemb^r. to wit the 17^th day of Same month Anno Domⁱ
   1719 Endorst Cepi Corpus p^r Simon Wilmer Sher^f
      and the S^d Deft in his proper person comes and defends the force
   and injury when &c^a. And prays leave to imparle hereunto untill
   next Court and he hath the Same day is given the Plt also ——

   Kent County to whom the writ in the Same accõn was directed makes
   return thereof to the Court here on the third tuesday in November to wit
   the 17^th day of the Same Month Anno Domⁱ 1719 Endorst Cepi Corpus
