    344                                   Novembr Court 1719
   or cause to be paid unto the Said Pltf the afd full and Just Sume of Six
   hundred and fifty pounds of Clean Tobcco of the afd vaule of Six pounds
   tenn Shillings Sterling money at or before the first day of November
   next ensuing the date of the Said writing Obligatory Nevertheless
   the afd Deft altho’ often required vizt. the Nineteenth day of Novembr
   in the Year afd at the Parish County & Jurisdiciõn afd and often afterwds
   the afd Sume of Six hundred and fifty pounds of Clean Tobcco of the afd
   value of Six pounds tenn Shillings Sterling money to the Said Plt
   he hath not rendered but that to him to render or pay hitherto hath
   denied and Still doth deny and unjustly detains to the damage of him the
   Said Plt Thirteen hundred pounds of Tobacco And thereupon he brings
   Sute &ca.
                                              DMacbride pr Querr Olds Jno Doe & Rd Roe
   and the Said Deft In in Proper person comes and defends the force
   and injury when &ca. And Says that he cannot gainsay the Plt his
   accõn afd So as afd brought agst him nor can he Say but that the
   Plt ought to recover his Debt by occation of the Premises afd and Cost of
   Suite against him which the Said Plt does not gainsay Therefore it
   is Considered by the Justices here the 19th day of November Anno Domi
   1719 afd That the Said Michael Hackett do recover against the Said Solomon
   Bowdy as well the Sume of Six hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco
   Debt afd in forme afd Confessed as also the Sume of two hundred and
   Ninety pounds of Tobacco by the Court here adjudged to him for his Costs
   and Charges by him about his Suite in this behalf laid out and Expend:
   :ed and the Deft in mercy &ca ———

   And the afd Plt by his attry afd Saith that he hath Recd in
   part of the above Debt in the Judgment afd the Sume of one
   hundred and twenty pounds of Tobacco and that he doth release
   the Sd Sume of one hundred and twenty pds Tobo out of the Judgmt afd
   to the Sd Deft
   John Johnson | This being an accõn of Debt for the Sume of 415lb Tobo
           —— | Commenced by the Plt agst the Deft where in there
             at | Issued a Copy of the Decln with the writ in the Same
   Joseph Wood -   | accõn And wherein the Sherf of Kent County to whom
   the writ was directed makes return thereof to the Court here On the Third tuesday
   in November to wit the 17th day of the Same month Anno Domi 1719 Endorst
   Cepi Corpus Copy of the Decln Served in time pr Simon Wilmer Sherf –
     whereupon at the Prayer of the Plt by David Macbride his attry
   the Deft is adjudged to give Special baile to the Accõn afd And that the
   Sherf of Kent County keep the afd Deft in Safe Custody untill he Shall give
   Special baile as afd
