   1719 Endorst Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf ———
     Whereupon at the Prayer of the Plt by his attry afd the Deft
   is adjudged to give Special baile to the Accõn afd Thereupon James
   Rae of Kent County Inholder present here in Court undertakes for
   the Said John Williamson that in Case the Said Adam Brown Adr of
   Michael Coulter Shall recover Judgment in the Plea afd agst. the Sd
   John Williamson or that he the Said John Williamson Shall be
   therein Convict that then he the Said John Williamson Shall pay
   the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his body to the —
   Custody of the Sherf of Kent County in Satisfaction thereof or that
   the Said James Rae will do it for him
      And the afd Deft by David Macbride his attry comes and —
   defends the force and injury when &ca. And prays leave to imparle –
   hereunto untill next Court which he hath the Same day is given
   the Plt also and Tho Bowne is Surty for the Plt to pay the Cost if Should be Cast
   in the Same
