   Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of
   the Sherf of Kent County in Satisfacion thereof or that the Said Peter Mercy
   will do it for him
      And the Said William Burk by David Macbride his attorney^comesand
   defends the force and injury when &ca– And prays leave to imparle —
   hereunto untill next Court and he hath it And the Same day is given
   the Plt also ——


This being an Accõn of Trespass on the
   TB John Greenwood | Case Commenced by the Plt agst the Said
                at | Deft wherein the Sherf of Kent County to
   prpr Solomon Boudy | whom the writ in the Same Accõn was

directed makes return to the Court here
   on the third Tuesday in Novembr. to wit the 17th day of Said Month
   Anno Domi 1719 Endorst Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf
   The afd Plt not being at Court by his attry to offer himselfe agst
   the Said Deft   The Court orders that the Defts appce be taken &
   entered And the afd Deft in his proper person comes and defends
   the force and injury when &ca. And prays leave to imparle hereun:
   :to untill next Court and he hath it the Same day is given the
   Plt also ———

This being an Action of Trespass on the
   DM Willm: Edwards | Case Commenced by the Plt agst the Said Deft
                   at | where in there Issued a copy of the Decln with
         Nathl Pearce | the writ in the Said Accon And wherein the

Sherf of Kent County to whom the writ in the
   Same Accõn was directed makes return thereof to the Court here on the
   third Tuesday in November to wit the 17th day of Same month Anno Domi
   1719 Endorst Cepi Corpus Copy Decln Dd in time pr Simoon Wilmer Sherf –
      and the Said Deft by Thomas Bowne his attry comes and defends
   the force and injury &ca. and prays leave to imparle hereunto untill next
   Court and he hath it the Same day is given the Plt also and this
   Court gives rule to the Deft to plead to the afd Accõn in thirty days
   after Court adjourns otherwise Judgment to be rendered for want
   of the Same and thereupon the Same Accon was Continued untill
   the next Court —————
