    34                                       March Court 1717
   Benjamin Blackledge as an Evidence against the afd Deft. John Buly proves —
   that he attended Six days the last Court and this   And prays that he may be —
   allowed for the Same. ordered by the Court here that the Said Timothy Hurly
   pay the afd Benjamin Blackledge thirty pounds of Tobacco pr day for his —
   attendance as afd which in the whole amounts to the Sume of one hundred
   and Eighty pounds of Tobacco which is to be allowed the Said Timothy in~
   the Cost in the Judgment afd
   Timothy Hurly junior as an Evidence against the afd Deft John Buly proves
   that he attended Six days the last Court and this and prays that he may be allowed

   Hurley junior thirty pounds of Tobacco^pr dayfor his attendance as afd which in the

      Alice Faning as an Evidence against the afd Deft John Buly proves that Shee
   attended Six days the last Court and this and prays that She may be allowed for the Same ordered
   by the Court here that the Said Timothy Hurly pay the afd Alice Faning thirty pounds of
   Tobacco pr day for her attendance afd which in the whole amounts to the Sume of one
   hundred and Eighty pounds of Tobacco which is allowed the Said Timothy in the
   Cost in the Judgment afd
   Thomas Hughes . | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County greeting
          at | The Twenty third day of November in the Second Year of his
   Laughlin Flinn | Lordships Dominion &ca. That he take Laughlin Flinn of~

Kent County Inholder if he Should be found in his Bailywick
   and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Lord Ships Justices of
   the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said —
   County to Answer unto Thomas Hughes of a plea of Trespass of the Case And
   that he have then & there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt
   the Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came Simon—
   Wilmer Gent. high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words
   thereon Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf. And A Decln
   being fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy thereof Served therewith according
   to Act of Assembly in Such case made was as foll Kent County Ss Laughlin Flinn
   of Kent County Inholder Stands Attached to Answer unto Thomas Hughes of a plea
   of Trespass of the Case.    And Whereupon the afd Plt~. by Thomas Bowne his .
   attorney Complaineth that Whereas the afd Deft~ the fifth day of September in
   the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen at St~.
   Pausl Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court In Consideration that
   the afd Plt. at the Special Instance and request of the afd Deft~ had then and there
   Sold and delivered unto the afd Deft and to the proper use and behoofe of the
   afd Deft Divers goods and Merchandizes in an Account hereto Annexed Shewn—
   for the Sume of Three Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Eight pounds of——
