   338                              Novembr Court 1719
   Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his Certain Bill obligatory which he
   the Said Deft Sealed with his Seale and as his deed delivered
   hereinto Court brought whose date is the Same Day and year
   above mentioned Obliged himselfe his heirs Exrs. and Admrs. to pay
   or cause to be paid to the afd Plts them or either of them Joyntly
   or Severally the afd Just Sum Three pounds twelfe Shillings and
   tenn pence Current monny of the Government of Pensilvania as
   afd to them ye Said Plts their heirs Exrs. Admrs. or Lawfull attry
   at or upon the tenth day of Novembr. next ensuing the date
   of the afd bill obligatory Nevertheless the afd Deft altho’ often
   required vizt. the eighteenth day of March in the Year of our Lord
   Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and eighteen and often
   afterwards at the Parish County and Jurisdiciõn afd the afd
   Just Sum of three pounds twelfe Shillings and Tenn pence
   Current money as afd to the Said Plts he hath not rendered nor
   paid Still doth gainsay and unjustly detaine wherefore they Say
   the are the worse and have damages Seven pounds five —
   Shillings and eight pence of the like money and thereupon
   they bring Sute &ca.

   and now at this Court to wit the 19th day of Novembr. Anno —
   Domi 1719 the afd Deft here present in his proper person comes
   and defends the force and Injury when &ca. And Says that he Cannot
   gainsay the Plt his Accõn afd So as afd agst him brought nor can
   he Say but that the Said Plt ought to Recover his debt by Occation
   of the premises afd and Cost of Suite which the Said Plt does not
   gainsay Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the 19th day of
   Novembr. Anno Domi 1719 afd That the Said Francis and Simon
   Hyrons recover against the Said John Jones as well the SUme of
   Three pounds twelve Shillings and tenn pence Current money
   his debt afd in forme afd Confessed as also the Sume of Two hundred
   forty four pounds of Tobacco by the Court here adjudged to them for
   their Costs and Charges by them about their Suite in this behalfe laid
   out and expended and the Deft in mercy &ca. —
