330 November Court 1719 17th day of November Anno Domi 1719 That the Said Elizabeth Browne at the Expiration of her time Serve two hundred days for the time She runaway and also one Year for the Charges in taking her up to her Said Mistris Mary Smithers Jams Smith Clk William Burk and Roger Taylor as Evidces. to the Grand jury are Sworn Edward Beck Junior attested to the Grand Jury as an Evide William Edwards and Susannah his wife proves and Accot: against Nathaniel Pearce the balle. being 1303Tobo The Cunstables of the Severall hundreds are called and Saith they have nothing to offer to the Grand Jury Daniel Flinn John King and Mary Penn [?] as Evidences Sworn and Sent to the Grand Jury Robert Dunn junr. appointed Cunstable of Langfords Bay Lower hundred in the Room of Edwd Beck Junr. who is accordingly Sworn and also takes the Oath of Abjuration and Subscribes the Same as also the Test John Walls appointed oversear of the Roads vizt. from Steale pone Road the Road from thence along the Road that Colo Blay directed the Clearing to the Road that leads from Edwd Mecans to the Church of Shrewsbury and from Said Church the road that leads to Morgans Creek Mill Mathias Day appointed over Sear of the Roads vizt. from Wolf Trap Bridge to Thomas Winds from Thomas Windalls to Shrewsbury Church from the Cross Road leading from Edward Mecans to the Church from the Said Road to Shrewsbury Town Court adjourns till tomorrow morning Eight Clock
