     316                                August Court 1719
   into Recognizance in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg Each for the appce
   of the afd Joseph Wright to answer as afd and in the meantime he
   was to be of good behaviour This Court here discharges the Said —
   Recognizance each of Them
   ordered by the Court here That the afd Joseph Wright enter into
   recognizance with Suretys for his appearance to the next Court
   Joseph Wright afd Comes into Court and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted
   to his LordShip his heirs and Successors in the Sume of Twenty pounds
   Sterling to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements
   Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the
   next Court to be held for Said County and that he answer unto
   a Certain Indictment found against for Stealing Tobo. belonging to A Certain
   Richard Davis and in the meantime to be of good behaviour wherewith
   he acknowledges himself Content
   Thomas Winn Senr. and John Atwicks acknowledged themselves Indebted
   to his LordShip his heirs and Successors in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg.
   m Each to be Leveyed on their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements
   Conditionally that if the afd Joseph Wright Shall not appeare and Answer
   as afd and in the meantime he was to be of good behaviour wherewith
   they Acknowledge themselves Content ———
   His LordShip | The afd William Morris entered into Recognizance
             —— | in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterlg to ye use of his Lord Ship his hrs
             at | the twenty Sixth day of May Anno Domi 1719^ for his
   William Morris | appearance to the Then next Court to be holden for

Said County before Mr William Comegys one of his
   LordShips Justices of the peace for Said County and at the Said County Court
   he was to a bide the Judgment of the Said Court.   But the afd William
   Morris at the Then next Court being the 16th day of June Anno Domi 1719 did
   not appeare according to the Tenour of his Recognizance afd And now at this
   Court to wit the 19th day of August Anno Domi 1719 The afd William Morris
   being Solemnly called to make his appearance to his afd Recognizance whereby
   he might Save himself and his baile being Mr. Gideon Pearce who at the

   Same time afd being the twenty Sixth day of May Anno Domi^in the Sume of
   Tenn pounds Sterlg to the use of the Right Honerable the Lord Proprieter Conditionally
   that if the Said William Morris did not make his personall appearance as afd
   and the Said William Morris at the then next County Court to be held for Said County
   to wit the 16th day of June Anno Domi 1719 did not appeare according to the
   tenour of the Recognizance last Said Neither did he appeare at this present
   Court to wit ye 19th day of August to Save himself and his afd Baile By which
   the Said Wm Morris Recognizance for the Sume of twenty pounds Sterlg and the
   Said Gideon Pearce his Securety in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg are
