   pounds Sterlg. to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements
   Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the
   next Court to be held for Said County and to Answer unto a Certaine Indictmt.
   found against him for Committing fornication and in the meanetime
   he was to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himselfe

   Gideon Pearce and Thomas Thackston both of Said County Planters
   Acknowledges themselves indebted to his LordShip his heirs and
   Successors in the Sume of five pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on
   his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that
   if the afd Anthony Debruler Shall appear and answer as afd
   and in the mean time he was to be of good behaviour wherewith
   they Acknowledge themselves Content ———
   His LordShip | The afd George at last Court entered into Recognize.
               at | for his appearance to this Court. And the afd Geo:
   George Mecay | in his proper person appears to the Same ordered
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~
by the Court here That his Recognizance and his
   Suretys Recognizances for his appearance be discharged –
   George Mecay his recognizance being taken as afd in the Sume of
   Tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyed &ca. Conditionally that if he did not
   appear at this Court and to Answer unto a Certain Indictment found –
   against him for Committing fornication and in the mean time he iswasto
   be of good behaviour And now at this Court no person Shewing any
   cause to the Contrary why the afd Recognizance Should not be
   discharged This Court here discharges the Said Recognizance
   Thomas Winn Senr. and William Debruler both of Said County at
   the Same time afd Entered into Recognizance as Suretys for the afd
   George Mecay in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg each to be Leveyed
   &ca. Conditionally that if the Said George Mecay did not appear and
   Answer as afd and that in the mean time he was to be of good ——
   behaviour The Court here discharges the Said Recognizances each of
   them
   Kent County Ss The Jurors for the Honble the Lord Prop.ry and the body
                       of Kent County on their Oath do present that George Mecay
   late of upper South Sassafrax hundred in the County afd Planter the Second
   day of May In the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred
   and Eighteen at upper South Sassafrax hundred in the County afd
